Businesses need competent and effective marketing to thrive in the face of competition. Technological developments and the drive towards increased digitalization of business operations has led to corresponding advances in the field of marketing. For these reasons, organizations are constantly seeking to recruit skilled and well-trained marketing specialists.

A key aim of AIU’s BSBA Marketing Program is to allow students to accumulate a suite of transferable marketing skills, with techniques that can be applied in a variety of business settings using standard and bespoke marketing channels. Marketing formalism will be applied in both traditional marketing and digital marketing contexts.

The program teaches structured methods for analyzing, segmenting, and developing markets for businesses. The program additionally deals with strategic marketing, designed to give organizations a competitive edge. The program imparts sought-after marketing knowledge and skills, through its emphasis on both theoretical and applied state-of-the-art training using contemporary marketing tools and techniques.

Degree Requirements

The School of Business offers six majors: Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Finance, Global Supply Chain Management, Marketing and Management. 

School of Business Requirements

Students in the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing program must complete a minimum of 120 credits including satisfaction of all degree requirements of AIU. All course work must be completed in accordance with the academic rules of AIU and those of the department.

General Education Requirements
