Boost Your Ramadan Productivity

Ramadan is known as a time of peace and relaxation but can often be confused with laziness. During the day, many people start to become irritated and sluggish due to the lack of food. This can lead to a decrease in morale and productivity. Here are three tips on how you can stay productive during Ramadan. The first tip is to always plan your day ahead. Before you go to sleep, make sure you plan out the next day. Often, we wake up in the morning and feel discouraged to get work done during Ramadan. However, if you plan your day ahead you will wake up with an urge to get through your day using the plan you made the night before. The second tip is to take breaks. Overworking yourself during Ramadan quickly becomes draining, meaning you need to pace yourself during the day to ensure that you do not burn out. Our third and final tip is to take daily walks. Your mind and your body are connected. You need to keep active and healthy for your brain to function efficiently. Taking daily walks in the morning will give you a boost of energy and serotonin for the day, and taking a walk in the afternoon will allow your brain to function better when you go back to doing your tasks, while a walk at night will help you clear your mind and wind down for the day.
