Instead, the program is designed to prepare you to take the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) exam. The CISSP certification is a globally recognized credential in the field of information security and is granted by the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, also known as (ISC)2.
After completing the program, students should have the knowledge and skills needed to pass the CISSP exam and become Certified Information Systems Security Professionals. Please note that to be certified by the (ISC)2, you not only need to pass the exam but also have a minimum of five years of cumulative, paid work experience in two or more of the eight domains of the CISSP Common Body of Knowledge (CBK).
